If you are not entirely satified with your order, you can return it to us and we will proceed to a refund or an exchange (please see exceptions below).

You dispose of 7 days starting from the date at which you receive your order, to return part or the entity of your order. The products must be returned in full working order, unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
Beyond this delay of 7 days, we will not be able to refund nor exchange any orders.

Products which cannot be returned

Returns will not be accepted on products which are made to order, such as jewellery which has been made according to the customers wishes and different from what is shown on our website. Certain colours are also regarded as made to order and can be identified when selecting the colour of the item when placing an order.

How to Return ?

Princesse d'un Jour does not reimburse the cost of the return, it is at the burden of the customer. You may return by registered post or any international postal service (DHL, UPS etc.). When returning the article for a refund, please include a copie of your invoice and note your request (refund) on it or write your request and full name, address and order number on a plain piece of paper. This will enable us to deal with the refund as fast as possible.
Please keep the proof of your shipment in order to track your parcel and provide the proof that you send it back. Princesse d'un Jour is not responsible for the loss of a return and will not refund or exchange any article which is not received in return.

When will I be refunded ?

Returns will be refunded upon one week after receipt of you parcel.

Once we have refunded your order, you will receive an email confirming that the refund has been completed by credit card or bank transfer. If we refund by bank transfer, we will need to ask you your IBAN and SWIFT codes in order to make the transfer.

After that, a couple of days will be necesary for the credit to appear on your account.

How to exchange ?

If you wish you exchange your order, please contact us by email or phone in order for us to discuss and organise the exchange. We will be able to tell you if we are able to exchange the product and give you a delay. When returning the article for an exchange, please include a copie of your invoice and note your request on it or write your request and full name, address and order number on a plain piece of paper. This will enable us to deal with the exchange as fast as possible.
