When you buy a product from Princesse d’un Jour, you have 7 working days to change your mind and send us back the product, undamaged. We will then exchange or reimburse the product. This is in accordance with the french legisaltion applicable to online shopping.

You therefore take no risks. You can try the bridal jewellery and accessories and if, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can send them back to be exchanged or reimbursed. It’s as simple as that !

If you choose to send back your order for an exchange or a reimbursement, the shipping costs to send back the parcel are at your cost.

For all returns, the jewellery and/or accessories along with the box must be in perfect condition. Please also join the invoice to your return.

Products which cannot be exchanged or refunded
You cannot exchange or ask for a refund for all « made to order » products. What is a made to order product? A made to order product is a product which has been made in a colour other than the standard colours which are stated in the list of colours on each product page? All changes regarding the design of a product (ex. adding a flower, enlarging a butterfly etc.) makes this product non exchangeable or refundable. Is not considered “made to order” a product made to the measurements of a customer.

For hygenique reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded.
